With record low temperatures being reported around the world, we need to be careful when using those wine cellars!  if your cellar is not insulated it can be vulnerable to the sub freezing temperatures that we wine lovers hate..  With this cold weather comes  reports of many wine connoisseurs wine cellars actually freezing and we all know that spells trouble for your beloved wine collection!  so be sure to keep those cellars at a reasonable temperature, and always ABOVE FREEZING!
